Authorities Begin Investigation

Officials have launched an investigation to determine the cause of the roof collapse. Preliminary inquiries are expected to examine the building’s structural condition, maintenance history, and whether recent weather or other factors contributed to the incident.

Authorities have assured that appropriate action will be taken if negligence is found.

Safety Concerns Raised

The incident has once again highlighted concerns over the structural safety of aging buildings in urban areas. Experts say periodic inspections and timely maintenance are essential to prevent such accidents, particularly in densely populated neighborhoods.

Local authorities have urged residents to report buildings showing signs of structural weakness to help avoid similar tragedies.

Administration Extends Assistance

District officials are closely monitoring the situation and coordinating medical assistance for the injured. The state administration has expressed condolences to the families of the deceased and assured all possible support to those affected.
