New Delhi (Economy India): Real estate consultancy Knight Frank India has announced the appointment of Viral Desai as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), with the senior executive set to take charge from April 2027.
Desai has been associated with Knight Frank since 2007 and currently serves as Senior Executive Director – Transactions. During his long tenure with the company, he has held key responsibilities across several segments of India’s commercial real estate market.

Viral Desai’s Role at Knight Frank India
In his current role, Desai oversees multiple important business verticals, including Occupier Strategy and Solutions (OSS), Industrial and Logistics, Capital Markets and Retail Agency.
His extensive experience across these segments is expected to support Knight Frank India’s growth strategy as the country’s real estate sector continues to evolve amid changing occupier requirements, expanding logistics infrastructure, growing investment activity and increasing demand for organised commercial spaces.
