RBI-Licensed Fintech Enables Tax-Efficient Employee Benefits Across 60 Million+ UPI Merchants

Noida / New Delhi (Economy India): OmniCard (Eroute Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), an RBI-licensed AI-powered business fintech platform for corporate spend management, has launched India’s first Flexi Benefits Basket on UPI, introducing a unified digital wallet that allows employees to access multiple tax-efficient benefits through a single platform.

The company said the new solution enables employees to utilize benefits across categories such as meals, fuel, telecom, learning, and other eligible expenses, while making payments at more than 60 million UPI-enabled merchants across India.

One Wallet for Multiple Employee Benefits

Unlike conventional employee benefit cards that are limited to specific categories, OmniCard’s Flexi Benefits Basket consolidates multiple corporate benefits into one RBI-regulated wallet.

Employees can independently manage and spend their allocated benefits using UPI at eligible merchants, providing greater convenience and flexibility.

Boosting Corporate Digital Payments

With UPI becoming India’s dominant digital payment infrastructure, OmniCard believes integrating employee benefits with UPI will significantly improve accessibility and utilisation.

The company positions the offering as a step toward modernising employee compensation and corporate expense management through a unified fintech platform.
