New Delhi (Economy India): Apollo Tyres on Wednesday reported a 40 per cent year-on-year increase in net profit to ₹471 crore for the third quarter ended December, driven by strong demand in both domestic and export markets.

The tyre manufacturer had posted a net profit of ₹337 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year, the company said in a statement.

Revenue from operations for the quarter rose to ₹7,743 crore, compared with ₹6,928 crore in the year-ago period, reflecting healthy sales momentum across key product segments.

The company said growth was supported by improved volumes and steady demand from domestic automobile manufacturers, along with continued traction in international markets.

Apollo Tyres’ performance comes amid a broader recovery in the automotive and manufacturing sectors, with demand stabilising and export markets contributing positively to topline growth.
