EdTech Firm Secures Anchor Investment Before Public Issue
New Delhi (Economy India): Mumbai-based Fusion Klassroom Edutech Ltd has raised ₹11.08 crore from anchor investors ahead of the launch of its Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Initial Public Offering (IPO).
The company allocated 6.96 lakh equity shares to six anchor investors at ₹159 per share, according to a circular uploaded on the BSE website. The successful anchor book reflects institutional confidence in the company’s growth prospects ahead of its market debut.

The ₹39.04 crore SME IPO will open for public subscription on July 31, 2026, and close on August 4, 2026.
