State introduces GCC, Data Centre and AI-ML policies to attract technology-led investments; DigiFest TiE Global Summit-2026 to showcase Rajasthan’s digital ambition
Jaipur (Economy India): Rajasthan is positioning itself as a major hub for information technology, innovation, and digital enterprises, backed by investor-friendly policies, improved infrastructure, and a strong focus on ease of doing business, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma said on Sunday.
Interacting with a delegation of company representatives at his official residence in Jaipur, the Chief Minister said the state government is undertaking structural and policy reforms to attract technology-led investments, create high-quality employment, and integrate Rajasthan into the global digital economy.

Policy Push to Attract Next-Generation Technology Investments
CM Sharma said the government has introduced dedicated policies for:
- Global Capability Centres (GCCs)
- Data Centres
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI-ML)
These policies aim to position Rajasthan as a competitive destination for global and domestic technology firms looking to expand operations in India beyond traditional metro cities.
“Rajasthan is committed to creating a conducive ecosystem for IT, innovation, and digital services. Our policies are aligned with global standards and focus on ease of doing business, infrastructure development, and investor confidence,” Sharma said.
Focus on Ease of Doing Business and Infrastructure
The Chief Minister highlighted that simplified regulatory processes, single-window clearances, and digitised approvals are being strengthened to ensure faster project execution and lower compliance burden for businesses.
At the same time, the state is investing in:
- Reliable power and water supply
- High-speed digital connectivity
- Industrial parks and IT zones
- Urban infrastructure in Jaipur and emerging cities
These measures are aimed at supporting long-term, sustainable industrial and digital growth.
Rajasthan DigiFest TiE Global Summit-2026
The delegation of industry representatives has been invited to participate in the Rajasthan DigiFest TiE Global Summit-2026, a flagship technology and entrepreneurship event.
According to an official statement:
- The three-day summit will be held at the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre
- Over 10,000 participants, 500 investors, and 300 exhibitors are expected
- The event will bring together startups, investors, policymakers, global technology leaders, and innovators
