New Delhi, July 2 (Economy India): India will be represented at the funeral ceremony of Iran’s late Supreme Leader, Grand Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, by Minister of State for External Affairs Pabitra Margherita and Bihar Governor Syed Ata Hasnain, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) announced on Thursday.
According to the MEA, the Indian delegation will travel to Iran on July 3 to participate in the burial ceremonies being held for the late Iranian leader.

The ministry said the two dignitaries will attend the funeral ceremony in the Islamic Republic of Iran as India’s official representatives, reflecting New Delhi’s diplomatic engagement with Tehran during the period of national mourning.
