THE Park New Delhi, welcomes its guests at its newly relaunched iconic alfresco bar and restaurant, Aqua. The hotel is located in the heart of New Delhi’s business and entertainment district.

Aqua, a space with many moods promises a refreshing experience and with its renewed energy, looks forward to reviving the joy of going out and luxuriously fine-dining again. The scintillating alfresco atmosphere of Aqua moves from a relaxed retreat to a glamorous evening as the sun sets.

With refurbished private Cabanas and thoughtfully designed furniture, the poolside gushes a surreal ambience for guests to enjoy quiet afternoons as well as lively and spirited evenings.

Guided by S.H.I.E.L.D, a huge focus has been put on adhering to social distancing where more space has been created for guest safety. The revamped upholstery offers comfortable seating arrangements with vibrant colours and cheerful interiors, in line with Aqua’s glamorous vibe.

With new additions to the international menu of Mediterranean and barbeque cuisine, and a bar menu presenting impressive concoctions with contemporary mixology – Aqua is raring to invite guests to experience Anything But Ordinary.

The dishes have been sharply curated by Executive Chef Amit Wadhera, leaving your palate tantalized. Aqua is proud to support a good ratio of male to female staff, who can now be seen in trendier uniforms.

To keep the energy quotient high, Aqua is prepped with cutting-edge entertainment at its in-house bar. Rinku Kumar, a popular name in the Delhi music circuit has been engaged to amplify the space with edgy house music. The bar has been redesigned by Amit Lata with lively sea waves pattern vinyl, adding to the sparkling cocktails and clear, azure water reflecting the bright sky.

Rohit Arora, Area General Manager, THE Park New Delhi, says, “The post-COVID-19 world is about adapting to the new normal. It has changed the way people perceive casual or business outings. We are excited to welcome our guests and offer them a holistic open-air fine-dining experience with exhilarating ambiance, an exquisite menu, enthralling music, bolstered with S.H.I.E.L.D.. Our efforts are focused on ensuring our guests are able to enjoy Aqua as they have always been while us adding on to the changed fine-dining dynamics.”
