Mumbai to host India ESG – Sustainability Summit on 31 May 2022

MUMBAI: India CSR will host an ESG Summit (Environmental, Social and Governance) for Indian business in Mumbai, India’s financial capital, on 31 May 2022 at Yashwantrao Chavan Auditorium, Near Mantralay, Nariman Point, Mumbai. It would be an in-person gathering.

This flagship summit will deliver a full day of expert-led sessions, keynote addresses, panel discussions and networking opportunities, providing a truly unique look at India’s evolving ESG landscape, and the tools and tactics needed to engage socially and responsible.

In this mega conference, corporate leaders will give an overview of their ESG Purpose, ESG strategy and priorities, provide an update on progress towards the sustainability goals, and explain why ESG initiatives play an important role in overall shareholder value creation.

The theme for the summit is ‘ESG for All – Sustainability First’ – which revolves around the ESG vision of Indian business and its allied mechanisms and look at solutions as to how the Governments and Corporate at large can further advance the ESG vision and climate action narrative by offering new and cutting-edge solutions, strategies, and policy recommendations and propose vital frameworks towards an ESG vision and environment-responsive climate commitment.

As ESG becomes business imperative, the summit will also address the pertinent question, “What’s next for ESG disclosures as the regulatory standards are rising.”
